At Nafiart Studio, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Made-to-order and custom items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated when applicable.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Nafiart Studio is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
