Return & Exchange Policy

At Nafiart Studio, each piece is thoughtfully handmade, and many items are made to order or created as custom works. Because of the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, make an exceptional arrangement to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, or other resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
